I’m not a fan of Zoo in general, and I refuse to visit any zoos in China, but I was told that the Sydney zoo was really wonderful and that the animals were well cared for. So I thought I’d visit and hope that I’d see happy captive animals versus suffering captive animals. The zoo was really clean, and the animals looked to be healthy. Some were even wandering freely around the zoo grounds. The ones that wouldn’t eat or poison us. I’m fascinated by reptiles although I’ve never had the desire to have any as pets, but I think they are very interesting animals. I spent a long time looking at them.
